Who We Are
Fort Lone Tree began in 1990 with the purpose of hosting summer camp for children ages 8-12. It has expanded to host summer group rentals and fall and spring retreats for all ages.
We offer comfortable lodging, great meals, exciting activities, and friendly service in a Christian environment. While we hold to our old west look, we are constantly growing and improving camp to meet current needs and desires. We hope you will be able to experience God at Fort Lone Tree!

Summer Camps
Our Program
This allows you as leaders to just come to camp and hang out with your students. We will take care of the teaching, small groups, worship (or you can bring your own), the week-long MXC games, and everything else that is summer camp. We love running our program and train hard to make it new and exciting every year!
Your Program
If you would like to bring teaching, worship, and small group material we are happy to assist you in this. Our staff will come alongside your leaders and make camp special for every student. With your program we will still run activities and serve meals like normal. We are flexible to your schedule and what you would like camp to look like.
Great Meals
We understand that the food on a retreat or summer week can make or break your experience! We strive hard to have excellent food at camp in both the variety of the meals we offer and the atmosphere.
Activities
We have over 15 great activities for all ages! We believe in using High Adventure Activities to establish relationships and to make it easier to share Christ and have eternal conversations.
Small Groups
Small groups are important to the process of camp. Whether we are doing your program or ours we believe it is important to get into small groups and discuss the teachings and let students ask questions in a safe environment.
Summer Camp Pricing
- Monday – Friday $399 per student or $389 with discount if booked by Feb 15th
- INCLUDES: 5 nights lodging, all activities, 14 meals
- Apartment $75 per night
- Day Trips: $40 with sack lunch
- Post 7 Day Call-In: Additional $25 per person
Retreats
We’re happy to host your group for weekend and midweek retreats in the fall and spring. Our high adventure activities change slightly with the season, but we have plenty of adventure awaiting your group.
Team Building
Team building is great for any group or age. We have a wide variety of Team Building activities that we can do with your office, church, youth group, or any group just looking to connect!
Retreat Pricing
- Mid-Week/Weekend: $150 per person
- INCLUDES: 2 nights Lodging, 4 Meals, all available activities – additional nights and meals available
- Additional $5 fee per person for horse trail rides
- Min group size: 25

Ways To Get Involved
Monthly Support
We currently are raising a good portion of our operation budget. This helps continue to keep the cost of camp down for our guests. Since we are a non-denominational camp, we do not have any financial backing from any particular denomination or organization.
Staff Support
Our full time staff are asked to raise 50% of their salary and our summer staff to raise 100% of their pay to keep the cost down for our campers. Please keep in mind that our full time staff and summer staff need monthly supporters or one time gifts.
Volunteer
We are always in need of volunteers at our camps. Whether you are one person or a group we could use you. If you have specific skills that you think can help, we would love to hear from you. There are always projects to be done at all of our camps. Email us today and see how you can help!
